H & B Tie the Knot at Kiana Lodge on Kitsap Peninsula
If there was one wedding venue I would choose to shoot at always, it would be Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo Washington. Kiana Lodge sits on the ancestral land of the Suquamish people, who have inhabited the region for centuries. The Suquamish Tribe proudly owns and operates the property, ensuring its deep cultural heritage is honored and thatβs just one of the incredibly beautiful things about it.
The light, the water, the open airy venue with mid century feels and details, the fountains and willow tree, so many things make this venue stunning.
When H reached out about having her perfect day here, it was an immediate yes for me. This being my second time shooting at Kiana, I knew what to expect and couldnβt wait.
H got ready at her motherβs incredible house down the road. Once she was set to go, her and her dearest friends along with her precious nephew walked down to Kiana for her first look. WHAT A DREAM. Iβll never forget this parade of people down the lane.
H & B were the most emotive, intentional, loving couple Iβve shot with in a long time. They loved their people and loved them well. They had their rings passed through the hands of each guest - over 200+ attendees, while a couple led this incredible rendition of a Tina Turner song. The entire crowd joined in and it became completely emotional, magical moment.
So much love for H & B - Iβll never forget this day.
